Eileen Brislin Wellner is the Human Resources Director for Maack Management. She is responsible for Human Resource functions including developing and implementing company policy and procedures, records and file retention, along with manager and employee relations and support. Eileen has been connected to the Human Resources field for over 18 years since she obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pa. Prior to joining Maack Management Eileen enjoyed a career with Verizon Wireless and Verizon Communications. While at Verizon Wireless she held the position of Regional Training Manager. She directed a team of retail trainers who were accountable for new products rollouts to over 1100 retail employees and managers along with training all new employees. At that time she was employed at Verizon Communications, her responsibilities scope included training new employees on customer service skills as well as company systems. Eileen grew in her role where she became involved with developing manager and non-manager leadership training and measuring the impact of training on the organization. Eileen is a Myers-Briggs Indicator certified professional administrator, Franklin Covey Project Management certified, a Baldridge Quality trained examiner, and a Certified Technical Trainer through CompTIA.
